One of my favorite authors, Isabel Allende is now one of my favorite TedTalks! With wit and story-telling as only she can do, she reminds us to work to creating a “good, not better” world. Isabel insists that to do so will require elevation of the feminine in positions of leadership. (Notice I did not say it will require more women in leadership, and neither did she. It will require feminine values, energy, and strength!)
